Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and Defendant B would have employed victims who had less social experience of 20 years of age and less than 20 years of age who had become the adult side among the land owners of Defendant B as her mother and as her mother.

After deceiving the victims, the loans were received under the names of the victims, and the loans were recruited to collect street loans.

Accordingly, on July 2016, the Defendants received four loans from Defendant B in the drama classroom in early 2016 to Defendant B, and Defendant B made a false statement to Defendant B, “If she is registered as a part-time worker by telephone with YY company working for 1st century, she is able to pay less tax, 40,000 won at the part-time fee, and she will enter the company’s money in four accounts if she is registered as her part-time worker. If she is her part-time, she will receive loans from her part-time to the end of March 2017, she will not use her part-time payment from her part-time company.” Defendant A made a false statement to her part-time telephone call with her victim and her part-time payment, and then Defendant A made a false statement to her part-time payment of tax to her part-time payment, and then Defendant A made a false statement to her part-time payment of tax to her part-time payment.”

However, in fact, the Defendants did not employ the victim as a part-time student, but merely borrowed the victim's name to obtain a loan from a financial institution, and there was no intention or ability to repay the loan even if they received the loan under the name of the victim because there was no particular property or income since they lived with the loan granted in the name of another victims.

As above, the Defendants deceiving the victim and belong to it.
