Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On December 3, 2015, at around 00:50 on December 3, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at the front of the D convenience store in the Chungcheongnam-gun of Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, and stopped at the point of accident, one-lane from the gold master distance room to the front of the D convenience store.
