Punishment of the crime

1. Around 17:00 on September 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed that, on the grounds that services are not good at the restaurant for the operation of the victim D in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as having the customer who had the meals go out of the restaurant, who had caused the disturbance to go out of the restaurant.

2. At around 17:05 on September 20, 2015, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties stated in the foregoing Paragraph (1) that “F, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Mapo-gu Police Station E District, dispatched upon receipt of the 112 report, asked the circumstances of the case to be asked.” The Defendant expressed a desire to “I see how I am why I am the president and talk.
