A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 5, 2014, at around 13:30 to 14:07, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s wall, cash, credit card, physical card, etc. from Seoul and Seocheon-si to September 13, 2014, at the PC room located in the third floor of building V in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for which X was a suspect; (b) the victim’s wall, 30,000 won in cash, and one bank body card; and (c) the victim’s wall, etc. were stolen from around that time, until September 13, 2014, as listed in the thief list.

On July 5, 2014, around 15:00, the Defendant purchased drinking water equivalent to KRW 3,150,000 at AA convenience points in the operation of the victim Z in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and had the Defendant issued 3,150,000 sales slips to the victim who was stolen from X as he/she was the legitimate holder, and had the victim receive 3,150,000 sales slips, and used the credit card which was stolen by arbitrarily signing on the signature column of the sales slips.

In addition, from around that time to September 13, 2014, the Defendant arbitrarily used the credit card, check card, etc. that was stolen over 24 times as set out in the attached list of crimes (excluding No. 8-9 a year) in Seoul and Seocheon-si.

The Defendant unlawfully used stolen credit cards, etc. as above.

2. The Defendant, at the time stated in paragraph 1, presented to the victim a stolen cream card as if he was the lawful holder of the said card, and received from the victim a drinking water amounting to KRW 3,150,000 at the market price.

In addition, the Defendant, from around that time to September 13, 2014, by deceiving the victims over 26 times in Seoul and Seocheon-si as set out in the attached Table of Crimes, and received the delivery of precious metal, etc. worth 5,951,650 won in total from them.

(M) The Defendant, as above, has attempted to acquire or defraud the victims' property by fraud.
