Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who engages in the supply business of medical devices with the trade name "I" in Busan Northern-gu H, and Defendant B is a business division director of the above company, Defendant C is a former vice head, and Defendant D is a business division.

No person other than a medical person shall perform medical practice, and no medical person shall perform any medical practice other than that licensed.

Nevertheless, around January 16, 2012, Defendant A requested the patients of K Hospital to undergo an internal operation on the condition that L, the president of K Hospital in the jurisdiction of the Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, would be supplied with medical devices from “I,” and consented thereto.

Accordingly, Defendant A conspiredd with Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D to engage in non-licensed medical practice for profit in accordance with L's instructions.

At around 14:15 on January 16, 2012, the Defendants decided to take charge of the operation of Ma, who is the patient, in the operation room of the above K Hospital, to take charge of the operation of Ma with no license to knee-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-f.

In addition, Defendant A, from that time until September 25, 2012, takes total of 238 times, as shown in Appendix I, and Defendant B, from that time to September 19, 2012, over a total of 186 times, as described in Appendix II, and Defendant C, from February 2, 2012 to September 3, 2012, as listed in Appendix III.
