Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2016, the Defendant driven a B rocketing passenger car at the section of about 1 km from the front road of the "to the port of a single water dog" located in the Hando-Eup Han River in Jeju, under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.087% among the blood transfusion around 01:20, to the front road of the Eup/Myeon Office located in the same Ri.
