A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

피고인은 2013. 8. 15.부터 2013. 9. 26. 21:26경까지 위 오피스텔 913호, 1411호, 1503호에 침대 및 성관계에 필요한 물티슈, 화장지, 콘돔 등을 비치하고, 성매매 여성인 C(가명: D), E(가명: F), G(가명: H) 등을 고용한 후, 인터넷사이트 ‘즐톡’, ‘여탑’, ‘카카오떡’, ‘유탕’, ‘바카스’ 등에 성매매를 알리는 광고를 기재하고, 이를 보고 찾아온 불특정 남성들이 성매매여성과 1시간 동안 성관계를 가지는 조건으로 현금 13만 원을 지불하면 그 중 9만 원은 성매매여성에게 주고 나머지는 자신이 가지는 방법으로 위 기간 동안 성매매를 알선하여 600만 원 상당의 수익을 올렸다.
