Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant was serving as a staff member of Q Co., Ltd. from around December 2, 2015 to March 2016, and was in Jeju at the second floor PC warehouse of AB in charge of the administrative affairs for Jeju viewing and the maintenance and repair of computers and liftss, etc.

On February 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with one of Samsung Empt North Korea (the market price of KRW 1.4 million; hereinafter the same shall apply) managed by the victim AD, who is a public official of the Jeju PC, using any gaps in surveillance at the aforementioned PC storage; and (b) committed a theft with the total market price of KRW 21,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00

On May 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around Jeju-si, the Victim AF run by the Victim AF in AE; and (b) even though the Defendant was thought that he/she borrowed a camera from AG to sell it in another place, the Defendant was in need of a camera in order to conceal that fact and to create UCC for his/her employees at the same place.
