A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From April 8, 2015, the Defendant is a person who serves as a social service personnel in Gyeonggi-do branch office C of the Red Cross of the Red Cross from around Echeon-si.

No social service personnel shall leave his/her office for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the defendant, while serving as a member of the general administration support society in Gyeonggi-do branch office of the Red Cross Co., Ltd, of the above Korea Red Cross, was absent from office for the total nine days from August 8, 2016 to the 19th day of the same month without justifiable grounds.
