Defendant
A is a member of the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation (E; hereinafter referred to as the "Private Trade Union"), who is in charge of the position of the president of the executive branch of the Chungcheong branch of the Chungcheong FF Trade Union, and Defendant B is a member of the Korean Private Trade Union.
