1. The defendant shall pay 281,687,948 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from August 13, 2008 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation which manufactures and processes paper paper, etc. and sells them to a third party. The Defendant entered into a contract for goods supply with the Plaintiff and is a merchant who sells them after being supplied with various goods, etc. from the Plaintiff.

B. The Plaintiff supplied goods to the Defendant under a contract for the supply of goods with the Defendant, but the Defendant did not pay KRW 281,687,948 out of the price of the goods, and there was 15% of the annual damages for delay from August 13, 2008.

C. The Plaintiff urged the Defendant to pay the above goods on several occasions, but the Defendant’s contact was terminated and did not implement the payment up to now.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 281,687,948 won with 15% interest per annum from August 13, 2008 to the day of full payment.

E. On January 15, 2018, the Plaintiff submitted an application for the instant payment order to the Defendant for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the said claim.
