1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant holds 1/8 shares out of 464 square meters of forest land in Nam-gu, Busan, and the complainant C (52 taxes, south) holds 1/2 shares.

On March 2, 2015, from around 15:30 to 21:30, the Defendant employed the complainants of the work in order to use the warehouse with a size of 42.9 square meters among the above 464 square meters of forest land as the frequency warehouse C, which is the complainant, in order to use the warehouse of 42.9 square meters of the above 464 square meters, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s construction by force by forcing the Defendant to carry out construction works by searching the scene and preventing the workers from performing construction works, such as noise.
