A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The information on the accused shall be disclosed and notified for a period of six years (if known.).

Criminal facts

On October 2, 2015, the defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as "defendant") were sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny on October 2, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Macheon Prison on August 9, 2016, and on January 19, 2017, the violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles from Sexual Abuse (voluntary Indecent Act) was sentenced to one year in the Macheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Macheon Prison on September 22, 2017.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by force against minors under the age of 13);

A. On December 11, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim C (one year old, one, another) committed a crime with respect to the victim C (one year old, one, another, and eight years old and older) and, on the E elementary school playgrounds located in Goung-gun, Goung-gun, D sold the victim a ice cream, and the victim’s growth and the buckbucks caused by his/her hand were met.

On December 14, 2017, at around 14:35, the Defendant committed a crime against Victim H (a person, a woman, a 9-year old-old) the victim referred to in the above paragraph (b) as “a person who is bad, a person who is a victim,” and was faced one time with the victim’s view.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

2. On December 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 11:30 on December 29, 2017, the Defendant: (b) placed a 30,000 Won of the market value, which is the victim’s K, located outside of a restaurant before the “J” restaurant located in the GJJ; (c) placed in a levia in a levia.
