A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On October 12, 2016, from around 08:00 to around 08:20 on the same day, the Defendant, without any special reasons, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by driving so as to avoid a disturbance, such as, under the influence of alcohol, drinking out a large amount of time costs to other customers in the said restaurant, and making them take a bath at the said restaurant without any special reason.

B. On October 12, 2016, from around 18:50 to around 19:20 of the same day, the Defendant, without any special reasons, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force on the part of the victim, including, but not limited to, his/her employees E, Vietnam, who were working in the kitchen where he/she was under the influence of alcohol in the said place without any justifiable reason. In the next place, the Defendant told the victim, “hing to sing off, sing off, sing off, and sing off,” stating that “hing off, sing off, sing off, and sing off, sing off the victim’s restaurant business.”

On November 2, 2016, from around 15:20 to 16:20 on the same day, the Defendant saw the victim’s multi-faceted “H” operated by the victim G in Gohap-gun F, Chungcheongnam-gun, without any special reason, with the large sound called “a singing year and the same opening” to the victim under the influence of alcohol, and took a bath for the victim. The Defendant obstructed the victim’s multi-faced business by force by force by having five customers who were in the place of the Defendant go out of the said multi-face by avoiding the disturbance, such as: (a) the return dog that the Defendant was going to take on by the Defendant; and (b) allowing five customers to take a part in the said multi-faced area.

On November 29, 2016, from around 16:00 to 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant demanded the victim to “KK pharmacy operated by the victim J of the victim J in Gohap-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun,” without any special reason, that the victim “hump, hump, hump, hump, hump, hump, and hump” to “hump,” and the victim hump the above pharmacy at intervals of about 10 minutes, while hump and hump, while humping the half at intervals of about 10 minutes.
