A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a C Poter truck without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1km to around 1km of digital Samsung F&L, located in the same Eup/Myeon-ro 127, from around 17:10 to the south-do 415, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-do.

2. On September 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a DEX e-sports cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the e-mail office located on the e-mail-based e-mail (2km) to the 65-4 km from the e-mail-based e-mail in the e-mail-based e-mail (2km) to the e-mail-based e-mail (65-4).
