Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads;
A. On March 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) drive a C Karen car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 6km section from the roads where it is impossible to identify any place not exceeding the Namyang Eup, Namyang-si at around 19:15, to the roads of the Republic of Korea located in the center of the same Eup.
B. On March 18, 2016, around 18:50, the Defendant driven a C Car with C Car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 2 km section from the front day of viewing the 159-ro to the front day of the company bank located in the same Eup/Myeon, from around 159 to the front day of the company bank located in the same Eup/Myeon.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a holder of CKaren car.
A motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance is prohibited from being operated on a road;
A. On March 16, 2016, the Defendant operated a certain area of about 6km from a road where it is difficult to identify any place less than the South-North Eup/Myeon at the time of putting the said car into a mandatory insurance policy on March 16, 2016 to the road in front of the Korean singing practice hall located in 115 at the center of the same Eup/Myeon.
B. On March 18, 2016, at around 18:50, the Defendant operated a vehicle with approximately 2 km from the front day of viewing the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, to the front day of the company bank located in the same Eup/Myeon-ro 159 to the front day of the company bank located in the same Eup/Myeon-ro 3.

1. Selection of each of the selective fines for punishment (the misunderstanding of each error is pened in depth and not reoffending, and the vehicle is disposed of, during the suspension of execution due to the same kind of crime, or is so during the suspension of execution; and
