Punishment of the crime

1. Preliminary recording, writing, and holding of the same events;
A. On April 13, 2010, the Defendant and C: (a) entered E’s resident registration number, etc. via the C’s resident registration certificate that C was going to study in New Zealand; and (b) conspired to obtain a credit card in the name of E by using the C’s personal computer without authority for the purpose of causing the C’s issuance of the C’s card; (c) entered the name, resident registration number, etc. of the C’s Internet site in the C’s Internet card company’s application for the issuance of the C’s card; (d) forged the electronic records by entering the E’s name, resident registration number, etc. in the C’s Internet site without authority; and (e) exercised it by transmitting the written application for the issuance of the credit card on the C’s Internet card website as if the written application for the issuance of the credit card was duly completed.
B. On August 10, 2010, the Defendant and C: (a) entered the E’s resident registration number, etc. through the Samsung Card Company’s Internet website, using the E’s resident registration certificate that C was going to study in New Zealand; and (b) entered the Samsung Card Company’s Internet site for issuing the Samsung Card; (c) entered the name, resident registration number, etc. of Samsung Card Company’s Internet site; and (d) entered the other party’s electronic records by entering the name, resident registration number, etc. of Samsung Card Company’s Internet site with a personal computer in such location without authority for the purpose of causing the Samsung Card Company’s credit card issuance; and (e) exercised it by transmitting the above electronic records through the application for the issuance of a credit card on the above Samsung Card website as if the application for the credit card issuance was duly concluded.
C. On September 4, 2010, the Defendant and C are the resident registration certificates of E in which C is going to study in New Zealand by male East East E while studying in New Zealand.
