A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on January 2017, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 1.05g 1.2 million from a person with no name-to-belop (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”) who is a psychotropic medicine from a person with no name-to-belopopon, and around that time, administered a philopon four occasions, along with D in C.

1. On February 15, 2017, the Defendant, in collusion with D on February 15, 2017, administered opphones by inserting approximately 0.07g of opphones into coffee, 0.07g of opphones into coffee, 0.07g of opphones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them into DNA arms at around 22:00 on February 15, 2017.

2. On February 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with D on February 22, 2017, the phiphone medication was put into two for a single-time injection machine with approximately 0.07 galopon in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, approximately 106 “G inns” and 0.07 galopon in two for a single-time injection machine; (b) the Defendant first administered the arms, and then injected the phiphone into D’s arms.

3. On March 1, 2017, the Defendant, in collusion with D on March 1, 2017, put the philophone into two for a single-use injection machine with approximately 0.07g gramphones from March 1, 2017 to two for a single-use in collusion with D, and then dilution each of them into D’s arms, and the Defendant administered phiphones by means of injection with D’s arms.

4. On March 15, 2017, the Defendant, in collusion with D on March 15, 2017, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.07g of philophones into coffee and inserting approximately 0.07g of philophones into a single-use injection machine for clophones and inserting them into a single-use injection machine for 0.07g of philophones in collusion with D and injection of philophones into D.
