A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, from around 2004, sent letters to the victim C (M, 35 years of age) who became aware of going to the same church, and tried to find out the victims or their families continuously for about 12 years, while sending letters to the victim or their families.
1. Intrusion upon residence;
A. On March 19, 2016, around 08:30, the Defendant: (a) entered the entrance through the entrance for the reason that he/she would talk with the victim residing in the area of 803, which was located in the Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) opened the first race of 803; and (c) sited in the front stairs to wait for the victim; and (d) intruded the victim’s residence.
B. On March 20, 2016, around 17:40 on March 20, 2016, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by the same method as the above paragraph in order to reach the victim’s residence.

On March 20, 2016, around 20:40 on March 20, 2016, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by the same method as the above paragraph in order to interview the victim.

On March 21, 2016, around 20:30 on March 21, 2016, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by the same method as the above paragraph, in order to reach the victim’s residence.
2. On February 11, 2013, 2013, the Defendant sent the victim a text message stating, “Isk, sk, sk, sk, sk, and sk, sk, so that Isk, sk, sk, sk, and sk, sk, sk, sk, sk, and sk, sk, sk., sk.
In other words, the victim was threatened.
