A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant is a child or juvenile-related institution, etc.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. At around 21:00 on August 6, 2020, the Defendant entered a church house where the victim C (n, 49 years of age) located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, with a mind that the victim would take a shower image, and went into the house outside the string, and then intruded the math of the toilet window.

B. On August 10, 2020, around 20:40 on August 10, 2020, the Defendant: (a) tried to take photographs of the body of the victim being shower at the time of the victim’s residence; and (b) invaded by the same method as the above paragraph’s entries, the Defendant invaded the victim’s toilet windows adjacent to the victim’s residence

C. On August 12, 2020, the Defendant, at around 21:40 on August 12, 2020, tried to take a shower image of the victim’s residence, and intruded the victim’s toilet windows around the victim’s residence by the same method as the indicated in the above paragraph (a).

On August 13, 2020, at around 20:50 on August 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) directed the victim to photograph the image of the victim being showed; and (b) intruded into the stairs adjacent to the toilet window of the victim’s residence in the same manner as the mentioned in the foregoing paragraph.

E. On August 15, 2020, around 20:50 on August 15, 2020, the Defendant: (a) tried to take photographs of the body of the victim being shower at the time of the victim’s residence; and (b) invaded by the same method as the above paragraph’s entries, the Defendant invaded the victim’s toilet windows adjacent to the victim’s residence

F. On August 24, 2020, the Defendant: (a) 21:10 on August 24, 2020, at the time of the victim’s residence as indicated in the above paragraph (a), tried to have the victim photographed the image of the victim’s shower; and (b) infringed the victim’s toilet windows around the victim’s residence by the same method as

Accordingly, the defendant violated the victim's residence more than six times.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On August 6, 2020, the Defendant intrudes into the victim’s residence, such as the statement of paragraph 1(a) around August 21, 2020, and thereby is side of the toilet window.
