A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2, 2020, the Defendant driven an E rocketing car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.101% from around 3:40 on October 2, 202 to around 4:0 on the side of the racing-si: C, which was around 9km, to the front day of the racing-si.

2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On October 2, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.101% among blood transfusions on October 2, 2020, while driving the said car, and driving the two-lane roads in front of the Jeju-si on the surface of Yong-si at a speed of about 30km per hour depending on the front side of the racing from the Young Riverside to the front side of the racing.

At the time, it is night, and it is installed as the center of separation, so in this case, the driver had a duty of care to safely drive the road along the upper right side of the center line by living well the front side and the left side.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in driving the said road on the left-hand side of the center line with the median line, and was negligent in driving the said road on the left-hand side of the center, and the victim F ( South, 18 years old) who was a single lane in adjacent part, G 1.8 years old, G 1.8 years old, DOHC car, followed the left-hand side of the Defendant’s vehicle, and received the pent part on the left-hand side of the front-hand part of the Defendant’s vehicle.
