All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. misunderstanding of facts1) The Defendants believe that they are qualified to act as the head of a cooperative, and did not have any intention to enter the cooperative office for the performance of the cooperative affairs. Since they destroyed locks to enter the cooperative office, it constitutes a justifiable act that does not violate social rules. Nevertheless, the lower court erred by misapprehending the fact that it was found guilty of each of the facts charged, or by misapprehending the legal principles on justifiable acts, thereby adversely affecting the conclusion of the judgment. 2) The Defendants committed an act of concealing property, as they committed a misunderstanding of the fact that the lower court was guilty of each of the facts charged, or by misapprehending the legal principles on justifiable acts, thereby adversely affecting the conclusion of the judgment.

Nevertheless, the lower court erred by misapprehending the fact that the lower court found the Defendant guilty of this part of the facts charged, thereby adversely affecting the judgment.

B. Each sentence (Defendant A: a fine of 2.5 million won, Defendant B: a fine of 2 million won) imposed by the lower court on the Defendants is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. 1) The judgment of the court below also asserted the same purport as the grounds for appeal in the judgment of the court below. In full view of the part on "as to the assertion of the defendant and the defense counsel" in the grounds for appeal, the circumstances leading up to disputes between the defendant A and the association of this case, the relationship between the defendant and E, the reason why the defendants entered the association office, and the attitude of the defendants, etc., the defendants' act is practically detrimental to the peace of residence, and the crime of intrusion upon residence is established. In addition, in light of all the circumstances, the defendants' act is in fact detrimental to the peace of residence, and the legitimacy of motive or purpose, the means or method, the reasonableness of the means or method, the balance between the benefit of protection and the benefit of infringement, urgency, and supplement, etc.
