Punishment of the crime

1. On April 19, 2017, at around 12:54, the Defendant: (a) connected the Defendant’s residence in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, to the Internet Twitter’s “D” account; (b) returned to “the face of E (the age of 19) (the Defendant), the Defendant’s seat, along with the front fluoric photo of telegraph,” and the fluoric fluoric fluoric fluor, the Defendant was faced with a fixed amount.

In addition, from June 18, 2016 to April 23, 2017, the Defendant posted a total of 49 times, such as the face, body, male shot, etc. of the victim E, the victim F (n, 19 years old), the face and body of the male shot, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant, through the information and communications network, abused the victims' reputation by disclosing false information openly for the purpose of slandering the victims.
