A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 11, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act by compulsion of intrusion on residence) committed an act in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S., following the victim D (n, 46 years of age) to drive his/her own car to the front of the studio building before the studio building.
