A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

In order to solve the living environment, the Defendant sent a letter of intimidation to an unspecified large number of addresses extracted by Internet address search and received money and valuables from the residents living in the above place of residence, which are hotly hot.

Ultimately, the Defendant threatened the victims as above, and then withdrawn from the virtual currency of the sum of KRW 15 million at the market price of KRW 300,000,000,000 from the victims of drinking, respectively, but the victims did not respond to this.
