A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant made a false report or accusation with C, D, and E to the effect that, by entering the same-sexs frequently used, the same-sexs are laid on the side immediately next to the same-sexs, laid off the same-sexs sexual contact, leading them to the sexual harassment, and, if the same-sexs are not aware of the agreement, they were forced to make a false report or complaint.

1.
