The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is that the defendant took a bath against the illegal arrest of the victim, which constitutes a legitimate act, and the judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of the insult, is erroneous in the misapprehension of facts or in the misapprehension of legal principles.

2. The judgment of the court below also asserted the same purport, but the court below rejected the defendant's act on the grounds that the defendant did not meet the requirements for a justifiable act, and in comparison with the judgment of the court below, the judgment of the court below is just and acceptable, and the defendant's assertion is not acceptable

3. The appeal by the defendant is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the appeal by the defendant is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
