The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (misunderstanding of facts and misapprehension of legal principles) did not contain any assault against the victim as stated in the facts charged, and the Defendant’s act was merely a threat to the victim’s consciousness, and thus, constitutes a justifiable act under Article 20 of the Criminal Act, and thus, illegality is dismissed.

2. The lower court also asserted the same purport, and the lower court, based on the evidence duly admitted and investigated, determined that the Defendant’s act of assaulting the victim as stated in the facts charged, and that the Defendant’s act did not constitute a justifiable act because it did not meet the requirements for a justifiable act.

In light of the above evidence, a thorough examination of the circumstances presented by the court below in light of the above evidence is just in rejecting the defendant's assertion based on such circumstances and finding the defendant guilty of this part of the charges, and there are errors as alleged by the defendant.

subsection (b) of this section.

Ultimately, the defendant's mistake of facts and misapprehension of legal principles are without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
