1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from February 8, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Judgment on deemed confessions based on recognition (Article 208(3)2 and Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act: The Defendant is only served with the original copy of the payment order and submitted a formal objection; the Plaintiff did not submit a substantive written response disputing the Plaintiff’s claim thereafter; and the Plaintiff did not appear on the date for pleading; thus, the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have led to the confession of all of the Plaintiff’s assertion.
