1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 79,114,490 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 27, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the Defendant merely served the original copy of the payment order and presented a formal written objection; the Plaintiff did not submit a substantive written response disputing the Plaintiff’s claim thereafter; and the Plaintiff did not appear on the date of pleading; therefore, the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession of all of the Plaintiff’s assertion in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
