Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2011, at around 10:20, the Defendant driven a BNp car quantity without a car driver’s license from a section of about 2 km up to the road front of the same sublime's 309 Gongculp oil station in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
