On 13:20 on 03. 09. 13:13. 09., the Defendant driven a B-Epurt-purged vehicle owned by the Defendant without a car driver’s license in a section of approximately 2 km from the street in front of the Incheon National Assembly, Nam-gu Incheon National University, Incheon National Assembly, to the street in front of the Korean National Assembly.
