1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the dismissal of the judgment of the court of first instance as follows. Thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

On December 11, 2015, the Plaintiff’s successor intervenor notified D of “A” of the three-dimensional seven of the judgment of the court of first instance to D, and completed the supplementary registration of the Plaintiff’s transfer of mortgage on the instant building on January 12, 2016 by reason of the said assignment of mortgage.”

The third 9 pages of the judgment of the first instance court (based on recognition) shall add “A evidence 15-1 and 2” to “(based on recognition).”
