Punishment of the crime

At around 02:50 on January 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided 32 soldiers, etc. in total amounting to KRW 224,00,00 from the victim to 32 soldiers, etc., and acquired them by deception, as the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the price even if the Defendant performed alcoholic beverages; (b) as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the price, the Defendant would have paid the price to E; and (c) provided the Defendant with 32 soldiers, etc. in total amounting to KRW 224,00.
