Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 700,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants and D are working in a friendly manner, and victims E, F, and G are different from each other, and they are disputing each other at around November 7, 2015 at the point of “I” located in the Northern-gu, Northern-si, Pohang-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si.

피고인들과 D은 2015. 11. 7. 05:00 경 위 주점 앞길에서, 위와 같이 다투던 중 D은 주먹으로 피해자 E의 얼굴 부위를 수회 때리고, 피고인 A은 바닥에 넘어져 있는 피해자 E을 발로 수회 걷어찼으며, 이에 위 E의 일행인 피해자 F로부터 제지 당하자 D은 손바닥으로 피해자 F의 머리를 밀치고, 손으로 피해자 F의 턱 부위를 1회 때리고, 피고인 A은 피해자 F의 왼손 부위를 발로 찼으며, D은 피해자 G의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고 밀쳐 바닥에 넘어뜨리고, 피고인 B은 피해자 G의 허벅지 부위를 발로 찼다.
