A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of intrusion upon residence at the Incheon District Court on May 29, 2013, and completed the enforcement of the above sentence on May 4, 2014.

2. Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of civil petitions by public officials.
3. On January 19, 2015, around 15:16, the Defendant, within the fact that the Incheon District Prosecutors’ Office was inspecting, etc., around 20 minutes of his/her failure.
Accordingly, on the ground that C(24 years of age) who is a social work personnel belonging to the above public prosecutor's office, in charge of civil petition affairs, required the Defendant to refrain voluntarily, assaulted, such as brub nb nb, and brub, which is an administrative envelope containing documents, two times the inside and outside part of the above C, with an administrative envelope containing documents.
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of civil petitions by public officials.
