A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Performance of official duties;

A. On February 28, 2014, around 17:00 on February 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated that the Defendant, at the CMyeon Office located in Dong-si, Dong-si around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) stated that “A public officials affiliated with the above Myeon Office, who are in charge of the management of major infrastructure, such as the road blocking, speed prevention, etc., requested several times for the traffic of large truck in front of his/her dwelling place; (b) on the ground that the noise and vibration occurred; (c) on the ground that the measures have not been taken properly; and (d) stated that “A public officials belonging to the above Myeon Office, who are in charge of the management of roads, such as the residents’ accommodation project, road, etc., will be subject to the imposition of a tax base,” and expressed that “A public officials belonging to the said Myeon Office, who put a voice to the B Myeon-si, who refrained from this, who put the voice to the above D and E.”

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties such as the management of affairs such as the resident accommodation project of the public official belonging to the Myeon office.

B. On March 21, 2014, around 16:16, 2014, the Defendant threatened the said D with the same reason for the same reason at the above CMyeon Office. Around March 21, 2014, the Defendant threatened the said D with the voice “a string by sealing. A string down to a reduction house.” At the same time, the Defendant threatened the said D with the voice “a string by sticking upon the passage of the freight vehicle.”

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties such as the management of affairs such as the resident accommodation project of the public official belonging to the Myeon office.

2. On April 6, 2014, the special obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) the Defendant, who called a door-to-door viewing around 06:30 on the same day, listens to the reply of “to deliver to the department in charge” from F public officials belonging to the above viewing service, who are workers on duty, who are workers on duty, and on the same day on the ground that the response does not appear in mind; and (b) the hand-to-face (the total length of 35cm, the length of 10cm) which is a dangerous object being kept in his/her residence at around 07:10 on the same day, is the one-story watch room for viewing 225 on the door-to-si.
