Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

On May 2012, the Defendants received request from the E and F to the effect that “I will receive expenses and consideration (10 million won) and move to Japan after receiving things and things in Canada at a coffee shop where the trade names in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Cheongdamdong are unknown.”

Since then, the Defendants explained the contents of Defendant B’s request from the above Party G, which he had been involved in the bond business in Korea, with the transport volume, and Defendant A promised to the above Party G with the air ticket of Canada at its own expense.

Accordingly, around May 15, 2012, the above transportation volume G arrived at the port of Canadian Bada (AC) 064, which started from the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport.

The transportation volume G, which arrived in Canada, was refused to enter the country as a result of failing to respond to the questions asked by the Canadian entry inspection officer in the name of Canada (through an interpreter) "entry Inspection, etc." in the course of entry inspection, and eventually, was returned to the Incheon National Security Service around May 17, 2012.

Since then, even after fully considering the background leading up to the refusal of entry, etc. from G, the Defendants followed E’s request for transportation, and followed up the transportation, and eventually, the Defendants included Defendant B’s friendship H as the secondary transportation, and Defendant A provided the same air ticket, etc. as at the time of departure of G, which is the primary transportation, to the above H around May 23, 2012.

Accordingly, around May 28, 2012, the second carriage volume H entered the port of Canadian Macoo (AC) 064, which started from the above Incheon International Airport, into the Canadian Bacoo (AC) 064.

Since then, around May 30, 2012, the above H is bound by the Tamper for travel, where approximately 3.3 km of psychotropic drugs (i.e., a one-time philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) are concealed from E to E in the French area, around May 30, 2012.
