A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) by having been sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the Suwon District Court’s Sungnam Branch Branch, and on October 22, 2015, was sentenced to one year for a crime of habitual larceny in the Sungnam Branch branch of the Suwon District Court, and on September 25, 2017,

On June 13, 2020: around 00:13, the Defendant discovered and accessed that the victim C was locked under the influence of alcohol before Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, and then stolen the market price by taking out the disaster support card, which was filled with KRW 450,000, KRW 374,000, and one resident registration certificate, which was filled with KRW 374,00.

As a result, the Defendant was sentenced to punishment twice or more owing to habitual larceny, etc., and habitually stolen another’s property within three years after the execution of the sentence is completed.

2. On June 13, 2020, around 00:22, the Defendant, at F convenience store operated by the victim E in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, as stated in paragraph (1), presented to C as if he was the lawful holder of the disaster support card, and then received one living number of the amount equivalent to 600 won at the market price from the victim. From that time until around 00:04 of the same month, the Defendant acquired the total amount of 51,300 won at least eight times, such as the list of crimes.
