Punishment of the crime
(Criminal Power) On October 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for intimidation, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on August 10, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the interest prison.
(Criminal Facts)
1. 4. Special injury and assault committed by the Defendant, around 06:40 on August 26, 2016, was known to the Defendant before “N” located in Seo-gu Gwangju, Seo-gu.
