A A General Management of the Operation and Fishing Activities of China’s Unauthorized Self-Helped Fishing Vessels (30 tons of fishing boats, 8 persons on board, owners of vessels F (not for China, but not for China; hereinafter “the instant fishing vessel”), Defendant B, assistant engineer who manages the engine of the instant fishing vessel; takes part in fishing operations, such as operating fishing gear and fishing, and Defendant C, at the time of operation of the instant fishing vessel, directly participated in the operation of the instant fishing vessel, such as operating a two-way wind, operating a fishing gear, and operating the fishing gear.
