【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant: (a) received a proposal from the applicant for recruitment and withdrawal of passbooks to the account designated by the non-person with full name as a national of the Republic of Korea; (b) the Defendant entered Korea upon receipt of the proposal from the applicant for recruitment and withdrawal of passbooks to the account (one named “C”, “D”, and “E”); and (c) thereafter, entered Korea; (d) together with the Chinese general person with the name-free box, the name-free box, the interim management book, the name-free box (F; hereinafter “F”); and (e) the Chinese general book on the name-free book (F; hereinafter “F”); and (e) made the other party to receive the loan by visiting the lending company from the phone to the account designated by the non-person with full name as a member of the lending; and (e) ordered the other party to withdraw the transferred money and transfer the money to China; and (e) the Defendant ordered the party to withdraw the transferred money by receiving the passbook, cash card, and transferred the money to each Defendant “the Defendant’s withdrawal” in succession.
