Reasons

1. On August 14, 1999, the Plaintiff subscribed to a old-age pension trust with a total of KRW 100,000,000 on a five-year maturity, respectively, in the names of the Plaintiff, B, C, D, and E five titles.

② The Plaintiff received the loan of KRW 19,000,000 from around August 9, 2002 (Account Number F) in the name of the Plaintiff, and then repaid the principal and interest of two existing loans [Account Number G] in the name of the Plaintiff (Account Number 10,000,000 (Account Number H) and the loan principal of KRW 1,00,000 (Account Number 1).
