A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury by continuation at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 27, 2014.

1. On June 17, 2014, around 17:00 on the date, the Defendant intruded into a room possessed by the victim E with the second floor number of “D” located in G with a view to thefting money and valuables, and stolen with one cellular phone (galthoopos4) at the market price on the part of the victim, which was on the part of the victim.

2. On September 28, 2014, around 17:40 on September 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a toilet window in Jindo-gun F, Jindo-gun, Jindo-do; (b) intruded the victim’s residence; and (c) obstructed the victim’s residence; and (d) did not find stolen objects but did not commit attempted crimes.

3. At night, on September 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a back door at the places specified in the foregoing paragraph; and (b) cut off with 10 and 3 boxes and 50,000 bankbooks, such as the victim Gscambook, Nonghyup passbook, National Bank passbook, etc., and 70,000 won of the market price, and 10,000 won of the market price, and 50,000 won of the smart TV inside the market; (c) on September 28, 2014, the Defendant used the back door at the location specified in the foregoing paragraph; and (d) cut off with 10,000 won of the market price; and (d) two boxes of female MCMs for women in an irregular manner in the market.
