A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a victim B (ma, 48 years of age) and a prison.

1. Around 17:09 on June 28, 2020, the injured Defendant was placed at a funeral hall of “D Hospital” underground in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, for reasons that the Defendant had been late in funeral ceremony, and was suffering from injury, such as the complete escape of the baby in need of medical treatment for about 32 days, on the ground that the Defendant had a dispute with E, a woman living together with E, and the victim was prevented from being arguable.

2. The Defendant, a special assault, cited beer soldiers who were set up in the tables on the grounds of the date, time, and place set forth in Paragraph 1, and on the grounds of Paragraph 1, committed a crime toward the victim.

In this respect, the defendant carried a dangerous object with beer disease, and assaulted the victim.

- No punishment shall be imposed under an agreement with the victim.

Many of the punishment records for the same crime have not exceeded the fine.
