Punishment of the crime

At around 01:40 on March 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) collected the beer’s head on the tables in the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, on the ground that drinking together with D and the victim E (ma, 37 years of age), drinking becomes a minor problem; and (b) caused injury to the number of days of treatment that the head of the victim was cut and the head was cut.
