When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 24, 2016, the Defendant, at around 18:59 on June 24, 2016, taken a video image of a female victim’s buckbucks, etc., where it is difficult to find out that the name of the female victim, who was seated with a seat with a gallon-based cell phone (SHVE270L, in the case of gallon gallon, smartphone, model name: SHVE270L) in his/her cell phone.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual shame by using the camera or other similar devices.

2. On June 25, 2016, the Defendant taken photographs of the Plaintiff’s buckbucks, etc., where it is difficult to find out the name of the Defendant who was in his school class class around 09:20 on June 25, 2016, from the C Middle School O class class classes in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, the name of which was filled with the cell phone as set forth in paragraph (1), and the name of which was filled with the short-cut black bucks, etc. of the female victim.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual shame by using the camera or other similar devices.

3. On June 25, 2016, the Defendant took photographs of the Plaintiff’s buckbucks, etc. of female victims, where it is difficult to find out the name of the Defendant, who she was posted the fucks, in front of the exit of subway No. 2 line D9 located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, on June 25, 2016, in front of the exit of subway No. 49 located in Mapo-gu, Seoul, on the cell phone as set forth in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual shame by using the camera or other similar devices.
