A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 06:30, on the front day of the Newcheon-ro, Daegu Dongcheon-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (b) had the victim C (here, 45 years old) expressed the substance of D known to the victim; (c) however, the victim refused it; (d) had the victim put the victim in his/her hand to the victim’s car; (d) had the victim go beyond the floor; (e) had the victim go against the said car door; and (e) had the victim go against the said car door; and (e) had the victim go against the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle operation.

At around 07:00 on the same day, the Defendant, upon receiving a request from the victim to get off the said vehicle, driven the said vehicle and tried to open and get off the said vehicle at approximately 7 km-ro pul street from the same day, but the Defendant again prevented the victim from getting off and getting off the said vehicle, and again, by driving the said vehicle at around 07:30 on the same day, prevented the victim from getting off the said vehicle from getting off and getting off the said vehicle until getting back to the front of the said new river, and thereby, the Defendant detained the victim for about 1 hour for about 2 weeks, and thereby, the victim suffered injury, such as the dump dump, which requires treatment for about 2 weeks.

2. On February 3, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at around 06:30, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven the SM3 car as described in paragraph (1) at the section of about 15km from the front day of the Newcheon-ro, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, through a yellow street, which is located in the yellow-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as described in paragraph (1), to the front day of the said new river, without obtaining a driver’s license.
