When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a Party B's car.

On January 15, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 2 Km section from the front side of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu to the front side of the regular course of business, in a state of alcohol level of 0.095% among the blood transfusion around 22:23, 2016.
