Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a two-way passenger car.

On May 29, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car from the front side of the reservoir with alcohol level of 0.184% among the blood transfusion around 00:29 to the front side of the regular course of business in Gwangju Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu to about 1.5 km from May 29, 2016.
